Finishing at 100% exp after battles?

I just realised this cause I was certain I would level up after I had a few battles, and I didn't so I checked my exp to see how close I got, and it was at 100%, which makes no sense, why didn't the team level up if it got to 100% exp through battles?

So it's not really at 100% then, its at 99% :/

nah it's at 100%, just the way the system is operated.

0/80 xp and 80/80 xp = same level, (even though 100%) but 80/80xp +1 xp = level^
